The Kingston Sangha is a non-profit, donation-based community of mindfulness practitioners who come together to breathe, practice, and cultivate peaceful living.

Founded in 2016 by Order of Interbeing members Hang Nhan and Sarah Martin, our sangha practices are rooted in the Plum Village tradition and the teachings of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh - a beloved spiritual leader, poet, and peace activist known globally for his pioneering teachings on mindfulness, global ethics, and peace.

We gather in person every Monday evening from 7pm-8:30pm for practice. A typical evening includes seated and walking meditation, mindful movement, readings, deep relaxation, Dharma sharing, and joyful singing.

All are welcome - no prior experience is needed.
