The Kingston Sangha is a non-profit and donation-based group of mindfulness practitioners that come together to breathe and cultivate peaceful living.
The Kingston Sangha was started in 2016 by Order of Interbeing members, Sarah Martin and Hang Nhan. The sangha's practices are based on the Plum Village tradition and the teachings of Zen master, Thich Nhat Hanh, a global spiritual leader, poet and peace activist, revered around the world for his pioneering teachings on mindfulness, global ethics and peace. |
We meet in-person and online on Monday evenings at 7pm-8:30pm. The full details are here.
The weekly meetings include seated and walking meditation, mindful movement, readings, deep relaxation, dharma sharing, and joyful singing.
