The Kingston Sangha warmly welcomes you to join our weekly in-person meetings on Monday evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm at Studio330, 339 Barrie St, Kingston, Ontario.

Free parking is available behind the building on Queen St after 5:30pm. We invite you to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in, allowing us to begin on time. As you arrive, please enjoy practicing Noble Silence.

The Kingston Sangha gratefully accepts financial contributions to help support our weekly gatherings, retreats, and other events. Donations can be offered in cash during our weekly in-person meetings or by e-transfer to [email protected].

​What to bring:
  • A water bottle.
  • A yoga mat &/or cushion for seated meditation. Chairs are also available.

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All are welcome - no experience is needed.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (such as track pants and a t-shirt). We recommend avoiding jeans or dresses, as we’ll be moving around during practice.

​To support a calm and mindful environment, we kindly ask that mobile phones be turned off. If you are expecting an urgent call, please keep your phone on silent and step out discreetly to answer.
​In consideration of those with allergies, we ask that you come scent-free (please avoid perfume, cologne, fragrances, or scented products).

We have an email list for announcements and practice-related updates. If you’d like to join, we invite you to sign up in person at our weekly sangha meetings. 

​You are warmly encouraged to connect with others in the sangha. Building friendships within the community can be a wonderful source of support and inspiration on the path of practice.
